We will model the entire scan data as shown in the attached overview model screenshots.
All piping with diameters of 2 inches and above will be modeled.
Insulated pipes will be modeled based on their outer insulation dimensions.
Flexible conduits and flexible tubes will not be modeled.
Equipment and valves will be modeled to their outer dimensions to accurately represent their overall shape.
Lighting fixtures and electrical cabinets will be modeled as simplified box/extruded geometries.
Cable trays will be modeled as flat extruded surfaces, without representing individual rungs.
Structural steel members and service supports will be modeled.
Railings, staircases, and ladders will be modeled.
Platforms will be modeled as flat extruded surfaces.
Architectural elements, including walls, floors, doors, and windows, will be modeled in a simplified form. Corrugated or profiled surfaces will not be represented.
The model will be developed to LOD 300 with an overall accuracy of ±5 to ±10 mm.
Loose or temporary objects, flexible cables/wires, and small components such as nuts and bolts will not be modeled.
The final deliverables will be provided in COE and AutoCAD DWG formats.
